A peer worker (erfaringskonsulent) is employed in health, care and welfare services, education or other organisations on the basis of lived-experience competence, gained as a patient, service user or next of kin. KBT offers an accredited one-year Peer-Worker Education (60 credits) built on a recovery-oriented approach and the peer-to-peer principle, and carries this expertise into international partnerships.
